Sweet looking......forget about chording...hang it on the wall and enjoy looking at it... Does anyone even sell sets of strings for it? You'd have to buy two sets, a bass and a guitar set.

Thanks amigo! I was surprised a lot of the string manufacturers are making em. Ernie Ball, La Bella, DR, & D'addario are packaging 7, 8 and even 9 string sets. The 28.625 scale seems to be the last length that most companies will easily fit with guitar strings. If you have a 30" scale (which the Intrepid also comes in ) String tension vs. diameter vs. length is a big issue. I DID NOT want a farty sound from the F# and this one rings clear and hard!
