Default kramer Quad/Dual Rail pickups?

I bought a set of kramer quad/dual rails off ebay recently. wondering what to expect from them. I have heard a single quad on my luthiers guitar, and was impressed. I was looking for pickups that had a wider than normal magnet coverage range. was recommended symmore trembucker as widest stock available, but rails seem to have even more string coverage. anybody have experince with them, used in tandem with other pickups?

I've never used them, as I don't own any Music Yo Kramers, but I've heard mixed reviews on them. Some love 'em, some hate 'em. Maybe one of the other guys can chime in with some more info!

way cool, I am holding off on installing my set, because I do not want to route for the quad on guitar,I am working on, till certain of sound quality. does Jim have a site, for his pickup work? oh yeah, the two quads I have heard have been installed slanted, like a tele bridge pickup angle, not sure if that was design or what.
